When the harvest is over, the cherries are transported to the factory and undergo a pre-cooling process with a special hydro cooler, intended exclusively for cherries. The main varieties are Satin, Samba, Larian, Georgia, Early Star, Gray Star, Black Star, Big Star, Lapins, Ferovia, Germensdorfer, Skenna, Regina, Kordia, Sweet Heart, etc.
