Consumer Tip : Cherries can be refrigerated for 3-5 days in a plastic bag and need to be washed before eating, not before. Before consumption, it is better to leave them out of the fridge for a while so that they are tastier.
Cherries
The majority of the production comes from Pella, an area where cherry is the main crop, and is Global Gap certified. When the harvest is over, the cherries are transported to the factory and undergo a pre-cooling process with a special hydro cooler, intended exclusively for cherries. The main varieties are Satin, Samba, Larian, Georgia, Early Star, Gray Star, Black Star, Big Star, Lapins, Ferovia, Germensdorfer, Skenna, Regina, Kordia, Sweet Heart, etc.
