The first watermelons start in mid-May from Kyparissia in one of the southernmost parts of Greece, followed a little further north by the regions of Pyrgos and Amaliada and ending with the regions of Trikala and Larissa in central Greece. . All production is GlobalGap certified.

Cherries
The majority of the production comes from Pella, an area where cherry is the main crop, and is Global Gap certified. When the harvest is over, the cherries are transported to the factory and undergo a pre-cooling process with a special hydro cooler, intended exclusively for cherries. Kiwis
Almost all of the production is of the Hayward variety and comes from Pieria, Larisa, Kavala and Arta, among the most suitable areas in Europe for kiwi growing.
