Cherries
The majority of the production comes from Pella, an area where cherry is the main crop, and is Global Gap certified. When the harvest is over, the cherries are transported to the factory and undergo a pre-cooling process with a special hydro cooler, intended exclusively for cherries. The main varieties are Satin, Samba, Larian, Georgia, Early Star, Gray Star, Black Star, Big Star, Lapins, Ferovia, Germensdorfer, Skenna, Regina, Kordia, Sweet Heart, etc.
Kiwis
Almost all of the production is of the Hayward variety and comes from Pieria, Larisa, Kavala and Arta, among the most suitable areas in Europe for kiwi growing.
All production is Global Gap certified. Thanks to the advanced technology of the storage facilities, the fruit is kept under ideal conditions, contributing to a product that can maintain its quality characteristics –flavor and firmness –for an extended period.
Peaches
Like nectarines, peaches are a fruit that thrives in northern Greece and more specifically in the regions of Pella and Imathia. We choose our peaches from the best producers in these areas, being sure of the high quality we offer to our customers and the excellent taste of our products. All production is GlobalGap certified.
Strawberries
The production comes from the regions of Ilia and Etoloakarnania and is certified according to GlobalGap.. The packaging is done during the harvest due to the delicate nature of the fruit. It is then pre-cooled in special facilities at 2-3 °C for about 3-4 hours. After this process, the product is ready to be shipped to the customer.
